Out-of-Network Benefits

If your insurance is not accepted, you may still be able to use out-of-network benefits depending on your plan. In some cases, a superbill can be provided for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

 

Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your individual plan and benefits.
